Designation: Area Sales Manger ( Delhi & NCR)

Desired Profile:

Following are the Job Responsibilities
Managing Primary and Secondary sales
Sourcing and Appointment of Distributors as and when required
Motivating and Coaching the Distributor Team and handholding where required
Handling distributor issues with regard to claims and ROI
Building of good rapport as well as controlling the distributor Team
Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation
Operation of trade schemes within the allotted budget
Appropriate distribution across the territory
Recognizing Selling opportunities
Identify and target new accounts
Driving of Marketing and Growth initiatives
Candidate Must have Local Area experience (Delhi & NCR)
MBA Full Time in marketing Is Must.
Candidate must have good understanding of General trade and Modern Trade
Candidate Must be from FMCG Industry ONLY. (ON ROLL)
Fluent English and Extremely Good Trade understanding

Special Requirement:

Preferably from Edible Oil Industry. Total Experience 10-15 years with at least 2-3 yrs in Edible Oil business
