Ingredients for Bread Aloo Chaat
P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 2 tbsp
Bread Slices: 6
Boiled Potato Cubes: 2 cups
Salt: According to taste
Khajur Imli ki Chutney: 2 ½ tbsp
Green Chutney: 1½ tbsp
Chopped Onions: ½ cup
Crushed Papdi: ½ cup (coarsely)
Sev: ½ cup
Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Lemon Juice: ½ tbsp
Chopped Coriander: 2 tbsp (finely)
Roasted Peanuts: 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut: 1 tbsp
Method for Bread Aloo Chaat
Slice each piece of bread into 6 equal portions and set them aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat up the mustard oil. Add the potatoes and salt, and sauté them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the sautéed potatoes to a deep bowl. Add khajur imli ki chutney, green chutney, chopped onions, papdi, ¼ cup of sev, chili powder, lemon juice, and chopped coriander. Mix everything thoroughly.
Place all the bread portions on a serving plate, and evenly spread the prepared potato mixture over them.
Garnish with peanuts, coconut, and remaining sev.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchiness.
