Ingredients for Crispy Thread Paneer
P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 4 tbsp
Paneer: 250 g (cubed)
Oregano seasoning: 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes: 1/2 tbsp
Peri peri Masala: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Water: 1 tbsp
Samosa Sheets: 5
Method for Crispy Thread Paneer
Combine oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, peri peri masala, salt, cornflour, and water with the paneer in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Slice the samosa sheets into thin strips resembling threads.
Wrap the paneer pieces with the cut strips.
Heat mustard oil in a pan.
Gently deep-fry the wrapped paneer on a low flame until it turns golden and crispy.
Enjoy your crispy thread paneer! Serve with mint chutney or your choice of sweet and spicy sauce.
