Ingredients for Garlic Bharta
P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 2 tbsp
P Mark Desi Ghee: 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves: 10-12
Dried red chillies: 3
Onions: 2
Salt: 1 tbsp
Coriander: Chopped
Method for Garlic Bharta
Heat mustard oil until it releases a fragrant aroma, then add the red chilies.
Sauté for 1 minute, lower the heat, and add the garlic. Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Add the sliced onions and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat, add salt and chopped coriander, and mash everything together until well combined.
Your Garlic Bharta is ready! Serve it hot with steamed rice, crispy papad, and a generous dollop of P Mark Ghee to enhance the flavor.
