Ingredients
Spinach: 8 cups (chopped)
P Mark Mustard oil: 2 tbsp
Green chili paste: ½ tsp
Garlic: 2 tsp (chopped)
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Onions: 1 cup (sliced)
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Cumin seed powder: 1 tsp
Salt: According to taste
Method
Heat the mustard oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the green chili paste, garlic, ginger paste, and onions to the pan and saute over medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Put the spinach in the pan, mix thoroughly, and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, and salt. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with phulkas or parathas.
