This week, we are spotlighting another participant of Homechef Season 2, Mehleeb and sharing her recipe of Pyaaz Pakoda with you. Pyaaz Pakodas are the all-time favourite snack during the rainy season.
A big bowl of pyaaz pakoras with chutney served with some masala chai while it is raining in the background is the perfect recipe for the season. Enjoy!

Servings: 4 Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients for Pyaaz Pakoda
P Mark Kachi Ghani Mustard oil: 3 tbsp
Onion: 3 (sliced)
Coriander: chopped
Green chillies: 3
Salt
Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
Besan (Ground Flour): 1 cup
Chawal ka atta (Rice flour): 1/2 cup
Water
Method for Pyaaz Pakoda
Add sliced onion, chopped coriander, and green chillies to one bowl.
Add salt and turmeric powder to the bowl and mix them properly till it releases some water.
Add besan (gram flour) and chawal ka atta (rice flour) to the bowl.
Gradually add water, just enough to help the onions stick together.
Heat P Mark Mustard Oil in a kadai (deep frying pan).
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
Your Pyaaz Pakodas are ready! Enjoy.
