This recipe is not only filling but also bursting with flavours. A squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of fresh coriander add the perfect finishing touch to this must-try fasting favourite!

Ingredients

  • P Mark Mustard Oil: 2 tbsp

  • Soaked Sabudana (sago): 1 cup

  • Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp

  • Boiled Potato (cubed): 1

  • Green chili (slit): 1

  • Roasted Peanuts (crushed): 1/4 cup

  • Rock salt: According to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add the green chili and boiled potato cubes, stirring until golden brown.

  3. Mix in the soaked sabudana, peanuts, and rock salt. Stir gently to prevent the sabudana from sticking.

  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the sabudana turns translucent.

  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
